About Us
We accidentally entered the vacation rental world when I was poking around online and saw a listing for what would become our first cabin, the original Red Bird Cabin in Tryon. I knew I would have to rent it out to be able to afford it and surprise… everyone else loved it too!!! They loved it so much we hardly ever got to enjoy it. We’ve since sold that cabin to a very fabulous and very lucky couple who gets to call it home.
When visiting friends in Garden City, SC we absolutely fell in love with this little beach town. Close to so much convenience, sleepy southern vibes and the most beautiful sandy beaches. I couldn’t believe how lucky we were to find such a great spot. We now have four great homes to share with you and hope to be adding more in the future.
More recently we made a big change to our business. We decided to cut out the middleman and rent directly to our guests. We wanted to build long-term relationships with guests who would visit us year-after-year and recommend us to their friends and family. We couldn’t do that if we couldn’t control the experience. Plus, we thought if we specialized in comfortable and affordable rentals, we needed to eliminate all those extra fees our guests were paying. It is a little scary, but I am hoping our luck holds and you will give us a try!

Our mission is to provide comfortable and affordable beach vacation rentals to singles, couples, small families and small groups. It seems there are a lot of properties available to rent, but not very many for those looking to travel in fewer numbers but still wanting a unique experience at a reasonable price. We want to provide you with excellent service, clean accommodations and a great vacation at a reasonable price. We aim to win your business again and again!

We believe you should have privacy on your vacation and know you would much rather hang out with your friends and family. So we do our absolute best not to bother you during your visit (including a contactless check-in) but we are only a call or text away if you have any questions during your stay.
Cleanliness
We know clean accommodations are important to you so we pass on 100% of our cleaning fees on to our housekeeping staff to ensure they perform well between each and every visit (and because it is just the right thing to do). Our housekeepers sanitize all surfaces between visits to do their best to protect you.
