  • Sleeps up to 8 
  • Bedroom 1: king bed with ensuite bathroom 
  • Bedroom 2: two queen beds, with door that allows for an option of an ensuite bathroom
  • Bedroom 3: queen bed with ensuite 1/2 bathroom
  • Oceanfront balcony with views of the Pier, just steps to the beach!
  • Small building, only 12 units 
  • Unit on first floor (one flight of stairs) with elevator access 
  • Linens (bedding and towels) included 
  • Wi-Fi and Cable TV provided 
  • Roku TVs in all bedrooms and living area 
  • Full kitchen 
  • Highchair and Pack ‘ Play included 
  • Laundry in-unit 
  • Building amenities include pool, outdoor shower and elevator 
  • Parking passes provided for two vehicles. Only one parking space per unit allowed at the building. All other vehicles must be parked in the overflow lot less than two blocks from the condo. 
  • Keyless entry – go straight to the condo without spending time getting keys 
  • Sorry, no pets, trailers or golfcarts as per the HOA

Lying just south of Surfside Beach and straddling the county line between Horry and Georgetown counties, Garden City Beach, SC offers a unique location as it offers access to both the sparkling Atlantic Ocean and the inlet. Murrells Inlet is a quaint little town full of history, beauty & colorful characters. Tucked away just 10 miles south of the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet is also a nature lover’s paradise. 

This ocean front condo is just steps to the beach and only about a 5-minute walk to the Garden City Pier. The Pier at Garden City is consistently voted “Best Fishing Pier” and is known for its karaoke and free-spirited live entertainment. The pier is family-oriented with fun and games for all ages. It’s the happening place any time of the year to enjoy the ocean breeze while fishing or just relaxing along the Atlantic.
