We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Salty Seagull in June. It is just the right distance from the hustle and bustle of the pier. The amenities are wonderful from the comfortable beds, washer/dryer in unit, pool, and elevator you really have everything you need. The best part is that it is only a 12 unit complex so it never feels overly crowded at the pool or on the beach. We are looking forward to our stay next year in 2026.

Our 2 months @ Salty Seagull was beyond expectations. The homeowners are very kind, responsive, and accommodating. Very spacious and clean. Detail was definitely given for decorating. We will definitely be returning.

Our family vacation at Pelican’s Paradise was exceptional. Everything we needed, and more, was provided in the condo. The location was perfect- close enough to everything without having to sit in crazy traffic just to get dinner!
I traveled with my older parents and the condo was accessible with just the one flight of stairs and a flat walk to the beach.
The bunk beds were a total hit with my little one and everyone had enough room to spread out and relax.
This is the perfect condo for multi-generational families, something that can be surprisingly difficult to find in this area.
We have never booked the same place twice, but we are definitely considering it this time- it was great!
We loved our stay at the Salty Seagull! From the moment we walked in, we were in love with the decor. The rooms were incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of our favorite things was the stunning view of the beach—we could have spent hours just sitting on the balcony. The owners were super easy to work with, very accommodating, and always replied quickly. It was the perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to come back next year!

The Salty Seagull was sparkling clean and well-equipped. The adorable decor, comfortable beds, and perfect layout made it top-notch. We loved the pool and watching dolphins from the porch. Its fantastic location, close to the pier with nightly live music, was a highlight. Overflow parking and the elevator were great bonuses. The owners’ prompt communication ensured a perfect stay. Excellent value for money. We can’t wait to return!

Size and location of this condo is ideal!! Literally steps from the beach! Beautiful Condo, fully stocked! An umbrella and a few chairs were provided. Owner was very responsive and helpful. This will be on our list of places to stay for the future!

What a great week! Pelican’s Paradise had everything to make our stay enjoyable. We loved being right on the beach and listening to the waves from the balcony! We visited so many places that were just a short drive away. The Pier (walkable), Hiking at Huntington Beach State Park, Atalaya Castle, Brookgreen Gardens and Zoo, Mini Golf, Surfside Beach and shopping in Murrells Inlet. So many great restaurants to choose from. We definitely hope to come back and visit again.

With our 6 weeks winding down, Pelican Paradise has surly lived up to its name, PARADISE. The owners are extremely pleasant and very responsive to any needs you may have. Everything you needed was at your fingertips. Balcony was great sit on and watch the ocean – very calming and relaxing. The only thing I was hoping for was WARMER WEATHER 😪. I would highly suggest you reach out these owners.

Our stay at Guest Nest was great. The location is everything. A short walk to the beach and pier. The Nest was clean and way more affordable than staying in a hotel. The swimming pool was clean and a nice size. We love Garden City and will most definitely stay here again. If not at the Guest Nest we will definitely use another red bird rental. The owners are some of the most friendly and amazing people you will meet.

Our stay at guest nest was great! We enjoyed the location and it was a perfect get away space for a couple. We spent most of our time on the beach. The owners quickly accommodated us when the microwave quit working even though we didn’t necessarily need it.

The owners are a very pleasant couple who are responsive to your every question. Their property is well-suited to a family with nearly everything you will need for an enjoyable beach experience. It is well-maintained and appointed. There are 40 or more Pelican images inside and out which are fun to find and count, which members of our family group counted several times and always seemed to come up with a different total. Quite likely we will visit this cozy, happy place again in the future. The one bothersome issue has to do with the poorly executed parking situation, a matter dictated by the HOA and not the unit owners. Don’t let that aspect deter you from enjoying this wonderful Pelican Paradise. You will love it there.

Beach Bird Bungalow was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway! Could have spent the whole weekend relaxing on the balcony! 20 out of 10 definitely recommend! Looking forward to next years stay!

We really had a wonderful time at Beach Bird Bungalow. The location is perfect for beach, restaurants and entertainment. We rented a go cart and it was nice to adventure out in Garden City and Surfside. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities you need. My boys enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We plan on checking out one or two of your other rentals.

We had a wonderful family vacation at the beach bungalow! Condo was convenient to everything, beach, restaurants and live music. You cannot beat the sunsets over the marsh at night. We have stayed in the Pawleys, Garden City area a number of times and will definitely be returning to the beach bird bungalow! Owners were very nice and accommodating.

We LOVED our over a month long stay at the Beach Bird Bungalow. It is decorated so cute with the bird them throughout and you can tell the owners really care about their guests to make sure the condo is stocked with everything you would need during your stay. The comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and washer/dryer in unit were all wonderful to have. Our favorite space in the condo is the open concept kitchen/living area that extends to the screened in porch. I love a marsh view more that the ocean….so I never got tiered of the amber grains and beautiful pink sunsets! Bird watching was a favorite past time as well as we sipped our morning coffee. The location is awesome to get directly to the beach and a great “starting point” for exploring the whole Myrtle Beach area. The Causeway Grill was one of our favorite spots for take out and its walking distance. We already booked another stay for Spring 2022 and plan to make this our home away from home while visiting family.

Huge thank you for letting us stay in The Beach Bird Bungalow And The Guest Nest—it was everything we hoped for and then some! I brought along my 2 daughters, 3 granddaughters, and 1 grandson… so basically, a small circus. And your place handled us like a champ!
The condos was spotless, cozy, and had all the things we needed and the little touches that made it feel like home. The marsh view? Gorgeous. The vibe? Peaceful. The kids? Loud—but happy!
We laughed, we relaxed, we tracked in enough sand to build our own private beach—but it was truly the best family vacation ever.
Thank you for giving us such a perfect places to make memories. We’re already planning round two—so don’t be surprised if the circus rolls back into town!
