Our family vacation at Pelican’s Paradise was exceptional. Everything we needed, and more, was provided in the condo. The location was perfect- close enough to everything without having to sit in crazy traffic just to get dinner!
I traveled with my older parents and the condo was accessible with just the one flight of stairs and a flat walk to the beach.
The bunk beds were a total hit with my little one and everyone had enough room to spread out and relax.
This is the perfect condo for multi-generational families, something that can be surprisingly difficult to find in this area.
We have never booked the same place twice, but we are definitely considering it this time- it was great!

Perfect space for 2-4 people. Clean. Well equipped with stove, full size fridge, coffee maker (reg and Keurig), and comfy bed AND couch. Conveniently located to dining, entertainment, and most importantly, a beach access. Super responsive and friendly host. What more could you ask for?

We loved our stay at the Salty Seagull! From the moment we walked in, we were in love with the decor. The rooms were incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of our favorite things was the stunning view of the beach—we could have spent hours just sitting on the balcony. The owners were super easy to work with, very accommodating, and always replied quickly. It was the perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to come back next year!

What a fantastic stay at Pelican’s Paradise, rented through Red Bird Vacation Rentals. This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo with ocean views exceeded expectations. The attention to detail was impressive—clean rooms, linens, leave-one-take-one book library, beach chairs, coffee makers, and Roku TVs in every bedroom. Thoughtful touches like extra hooks for clothes and towels and a charming pelican theme made it feel even more special. The owners clearly care about every aspect, ensuring comfort and convenience. Highly, highly recommend this perfect getaway spot! Can’t wait to return.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at the Beach Bird Bungalow over the July 4th holiday! Great location and close to everything in Garden City. The condo had plenty of space and the view over there marsh was an added bonus! Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us!

The owners are a very pleasant couple who are responsive to your every question. Their property is well-suited to a family with nearly everything you will need for an enjoyable beach experience. It is well-maintained and appointed. There are 40 or more Pelican images inside and out which are fun to find and count, which members of our family group counted several times and always seemed to come up with a different total. Quite likely we will visit this cozy, happy place again in the future. The one bothersome issue has to do with the poorly executed parking situation, a matter dictated by the HOA and not the unit owners. Don’t let that aspect deter you from enjoying this wonderful Pelican Paradise. You will love it there.

Beach Bird Bungalow was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway! Could have spent the whole weekend relaxing on the balcony! 20 out of 10 definitely recommend! Looking forward to next years stay!

We enjoyed our visit at The Beach Bird Bungalow. It is convenient to the pier for fishing and live music. The beach is beautiful with white sand and you can rent chairs and Umbrellas. The condo was very nice and location was great.

We really had a wonderful time at Beach Bird Bungalow. The location is perfect for beach, restaurants and entertainment. We rented a go cart and it was nice to adventure out in Garden City and Surfside. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities you need. My boys enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We plan on checking out one or two of your other rentals.

Our stay at the Guest Nest was perfect. We wanted a quick weekend away at the beach and it was perfect. Plus, we wanted to stay in Red Bird Vacation Rentals new condo. All of their rentals are unique and we have enjoyed them all. This was in a nice location. You are so close to the beach, nice walk to the marsh, the little grocery store in Murrells Inlet had everything we needed and the owner was very friendly. As all of their properties are decorated nicely and have everything you need this was no exception. The swimming pool was very clean and was a nice size. There seemed to be plenty of parking, also.

I took my kids to your Beach Bird Bungalow in early June 2022. I’ve gotta say the condo was perfect for up our needs, it’s location is fantastic. The pool was perfect for us. We were able to travel to surrounding areas easily and there was lots to see. The beach access is convenient and so is the pier. We had two vegans in the group and there were lots of restaurants to choose from that made everyone happy. We look forward to enjoying this rental again in the future.

We had a wonderful family vacation at the beach bungalow! Condo was convenient to everything, beach, restaurants and live music. You cannot beat the sunsets over the marsh at night. We have stayed in the Pawleys, Garden City area a number of times and will definitely be returning to the beach bird bungalow! Owners were very nice and accommodating.

Our March stay at the Guest Nest was exactly what our little family needed! The Nest was clean, convenient, and much more affordable than staying in a hotel (with all the comforts of home included!). We will definitely book another trip when it warms up & we can use the pool!

We LOVED our over a month long stay at the Beach Bird Bungalow. It is decorated so cute with the bird them throughout and you can tell the owners really care about their guests to make sure the condo is stocked with everything you would need during your stay. The comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and washer/dryer in unit were all wonderful to have. Our favorite space in the condo is the open concept kitchen/living area that extends to the screened in porch. I love a marsh view more that the ocean….so I never got tiered of the amber grains and beautiful pink sunsets! Bird watching was a favorite past time as well as we sipped our morning coffee. The location is awesome to get directly to the beach and a great “starting point” for exploring the whole Myrtle Beach area. The Causeway Grill was one of our favorite spots for take out and its walking distance. We already booked another stay for Spring 2022 and plan to make this our home away from home while visiting family.

Nice and cozy. A quick walk to the beach and beautiful views of the marsh. The kitchen was well-equipped. We cooked fresh fish most nights. Beds were very comfortable. We were there during the 4th of July and were able to take in the fireworks around the whole area from our balcony. All-in-all highly recommended. We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed our recent stay. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked our own seafood two nights in a row. The decor was very beach inspired and comfortable. Pretty much all the amenities you need. You must see the view for yourself. Great balcony with amazing sunsets, view of the marsh and beautiful birds. There was a pool and hot tub outdoors. We were a very short distance walk to some restaurants and the pier. Other restaurants/entertainment/stores were a short car ride away. This was a special place to spend our anniversary. I highly recommend a visit!

Covid changed our original plans and we found this cute little place at the beach while we were looking for something at Lake Lure. To our surprise it was open at the perfect time and we snatched it up! So glad we did! Clean, within walking distance to groceries and local restaurants and so close to the beach. The condo had everything you needed for a perfect stay. The kitchen had everything you could think of. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The view of the marsh and screed porch is very relaxing. Try it – you’ll be glad you did.

There’s nothing like a vacation rental that makes you feel welcome and right at home. From the moment you step through the threshold, you’re greeted by a brightness. Beautiful bird-inspired art and beach colors from wall to wall. The owners really put their hearts and creative souls to work in everything from the bedding and bathroom amenities to the kitchen and living room decor. It feels like a home away from home — but with the coolest little marsh-facing patio that is perfect for sitting and reading, conversation over wine, or a little birdwatching. And you also get these sweet little add-ons: a full set of kitchenware, bathroom and laundry utilities, and accessories, board games, books, TVs in every room — even a pair of binoculars! (You know, to watch the birds… or maybe the people, no judgement.)

We didn’t want to leave. It was a peaceful retreat extremely close to the beach and good food. At times, we had the beach to ourselves. The Garden City Pier is a block away with excellent views of the area. The walkability score has to be a 10/10. During the week, it is a peaceful retreat.

Altogether, it was a superb, convenient, and worry-free stay. Highly recommended!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Pelican’s Paradise, the porch was a big hit and very relaxing to sit outside. The condo was well decorated with plush bedding and all the kitchen items needed. Being steps away from the beach and able to walk to the pier to fish and hang out was wonderful. The parking takes a bit to get used to but everyone was very friendly so it worked out okay. I suggest bringing a sound machine for the front master bedroom to help out with any outside noise (we came on a holiday week so it was a bit loud a few nights but manageable). We look forward to visiting again ~

What a beautiful place! A great, quiet getaway with a pretty view of the marsh and also super close to the beach and pier. Everything was super clean and perfect for the 4 of us. We also loved how friendly the other residents were! Thank you Beach Bird Bungalow!
